Career Path

I started by working close to business operations, ERP workflows, SQL data, and internal systems. That experience shaped how I think about software: systems should support real teams and measurable operations.

At Beauty Plus, I supported ERP migration from a legacy C# console-based system to a web-based third-party platform. My work focused on workflow documentation, database handoff, requirement gathering, and SQL reporting for management.

At Samsung SDSA via Snelling, I expanded into application operations and monitoring. I worked with WebLogic, Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, Dockerized Elasticsearch/Kibana, and cross-team incident communication while also supporting GenAI requirement discovery.

In parallel, I built SellerVisor as my strongest software engineering proof through full-stack platform development, API integrations, billing, localization, Linux deployment, and production operations.
